One of the best sci-fi shows ever. One of the best shows ever. Can’t wait.

I figured out a way to play 10 hours early access on EA Play for free and actually had fun. There are definitely still “Battlefield Moments”, which I honestly don’t get from any other game. I look back on those 10 hours and mostly remember good times, which is something.

Bought this a while back on PC and can confirm that it not only holds up but is still one of the best stealth action games of all time.

Matchmaking is trash. Was trying to get into a match for 30 minutes, then it kept disconnecting me from the server once I finally found one.

I actually liked Jaime’s confession and his acting in that scene. To me, it more registered as a sign of his growth. He seemed to be saying that he knew it was a bad time and that Keeley was happy with Roy, but he just had to get it off of his chest before he regretted it. I agree with a lot of this. I think the episode was overlong by 10-15 minutes. My favorite aspect was Beard and the three guys from the pub. I was hoping for more of a glimpse into his character. I feel like the line he said in church while praying (“...it’s Margrets little boy...first time caller”) or whatever said…

I studied Greek history and mythology at my HBCU specifically because I loved God of War and wanted to learn more so I know this lol. Thank you for the refresher, though. There’s a lot you’re leaving out but I’m not an expert or an educator and I don’t feel like going back and forth anymore.

There were Black folk in Sparta, yes. And there were also Black Spartans. Not all of Spartans were white, some were definitely darker skinned and what I’d and others would consider Black. 

His skin in the original, before he was covered in the ashes of his loved ones, was a brownish red. To think there were no black people in that time, or no black spartans is the problem. There definitely were. His mom could’ve been mixed anyway.

People either forget that Kratos is black or try to ignore it. I’ll never forget playing the first game, seeing his skin color and being like “YES! A black person as the main character that’s not player created in a video game!”

Going to rent a private theater and treat the friends and family to this. Most of them will probably fall asleep but me and my partner are very excited to see it on the biggest screen possible.

The last one I really enjoyed was FC3 and I can even remember feeling like some of that game was “meh” and cringe inducing even back then. It was honestly all downhill for this series after Vas, even in the same game he debuted in.

I remember the first time I stumbled upon a KKK group in single player RDR2. It was nighttime, saw the fire in the woods and thought “let me check this out!”

Please get that kid to a safe household.

The Darkness made me cry...love that game.

Honestly, I’ve been wishing I could play my steam games on my TV’s so if this is a way to do that, I’m interested. Still wish they’d do a “Steam on Playstation/Xbox” type cross play but that’s super-unlikely.
