The conflating pro choice with “pro abortion” irks me too.

“Pro abortion” meaning trying to push an abortion agenda. The anti choice folks have this idea that there’s a leftist conspiracy to foist abortion onto unsuspecting people who would otherwise continue a pregnancy.

If Caitlyn Jenner has proved everything, she has proved that transitioning to your correct gender does not transition you from being an obtuse asshole. It’s much harder to stop being an asshole than it is for some transpeople to become their correct gender.

We had a very sweet Sheltie who was terrified of our houserabbit. The bunny would slowly lope behind him as he cast nervous glances over his shoulder, and if the bunny got to the room first, he’d refuse to enter. Maybe that dog knew something we didn’t.
