Definitely Bennett Miller for Foxcatcher. I haven't seen it, but I have seen several tepid reviews that praise the acting (hence Carrell and Ruffalo nods) but call the overall result underwhelming. Plus, it wasn't even nominated for Best Picture. So the movie wasn't worthy but his direction was just so great? Nah.

No shit. Or the 1 in 6 pain-feeling Americans who don't have enough to fucking eat.

Bang on—my parents married in 75 and no shit, my dad and his party wore this EXACT tux. Classic!

How is this not the top comment? LOL, well done.

Yes!! My mom had this one and I used to sometimes do it with her when I was a kid. I remember there was a "goofy guy" in the back of her class that did the moves all wrong and made chicken noises. I found this hilarious as a fitness averse tween and it made me want to do the video so I could laugh at him.

Yes! And then he's with her at the airport for the epilogue that takes place a month later! So in the movies timeline his wife dies, and less than two months later he has a hot new girlfriend. Nice.

The numbers do feel awfully suspect. 3/4 of Americans really, truly believe the story happened just as the Bible says?

Yes. This article is a bit misleading in my opinion. I know several people who have had their genetic screening come back with possible abnormalities, and yes it is quite terrifying! But no, absolutely no doctor worth their salt will let you run to an abortion clinic without follow up testing. All the people I know

That is so awful. Oddly, one of the most gung-ho pro-lifers I know is a huge cheerleader and fundraiser for MoD, due to having had two micro-preemie babies. She's mega-religious and very vocal about her pro-life stance (though luckily doesn't take it to FB pretty much ever, so I don't have to hide her). I wonder if

Yeah, the (male) CEO of my old company shared it on Facebook yesterday and I...liked it? And appreciated that he actually took the time to read and comment on it from his perspective as the male head of a company who wants to do better for his female employees? I'm not seeing a lot to mock.

Hope somebody sends you the largest possible chunk of coal human feces.

I like him, actually! He has sort of a goofy charm and enthusiasm without being too absurdly over the top like Phil on Modern Family.

I hate saying this but I lean towards the "trying to get Randall's attention with rape story" side. And it suuuucks because I believe she might just be a really troubled person who got caught up in something and now she'll join the goddamn Duke story as an MRA poster girl, and I feel awful for her. But when I was a

Plus...many women poop during labor.

Southwest doesn't HAVE first class, and their seats are like 16" across. I have no earthly idea how she managed to spread em wide enough to push out a baby. 0_O

Replying to myself rather than the MRA troll I just dismissed — my point about the fact that the website wouldn't be used like "revenge porn" sites is that there are already about a hundred different avenues these hypothetical "scorned women" could use to anonymously claim the innocent men are rapists. That's not

Me too. The one I accidentally saw was actually worse than animal torture. What is wrong with people? Blegh. At least they're being removed quickly.

It's funny because I fucking love TWW, but when you re-watch, you see the same old sanctimonious bullshit there as in the rest of his TV work—but it is nowhere near as grating.

Yes, and there is zero excuse for his speech about how some poor men's lives will be ruined by "rejected women" using her website for revenge. No. Just NO. Noooooo. That part really sank the whole scene, which otherwise might have come off fairly even keeled.

Setting aside the insanely poorly timed and problematic rape storyline, can I just say I cheered when Charlie croaked? I know there's only one more episode but it's one episode I won't have to sit through listening to him scream and yell at the top of his lungs, something he does in every single episode. His
