People constantly misunderstand what stealth is all about. It’s not invisibility. Stealth means reduced detection and targeting ranges for your adversary.

Yes it’s designed to be stealthy. Most new naval designs have some stealthy features. A battle group at sea is much different than in photo ops. The ships of a single group may be far beyond visual range of one another, so stealth does have advantages.
