The bugaboo with leases on things other than value retention exceptions (Toyota, Honda, Subaru) is expected residual. Rapidly depreciating cars make it hard to offer competitive lease rates. They’re trying to be Honda, not GM - incentives on leases or APR, but not cash on the hood, so there won’t be a residual hit…

I constantly rip on today’s cars being such generic Dove soap bar lumps that bore me to death. Remove the badge from the grille and you can’t identify them. So yeah, the REDS is such an origami-mess of sheet materials and such a rethink of what a car should be, I want to see it built.
