Oh, gross. In retrospect that just makes the way they chose to kill Ros off even more horrible and misogynistic. I don’t blame Esme Bianco for not wanting to be naked anymore on the show when it served no actual storytelling purpose.

Too soon. I am still too sad and angry to cope with no more Peggy in my life.
The next episode they might as well just go all-out and give him a Snidely Whiplash mustache he can twirl.
I don’t think he’s dumb enough to honestly believe those terms will be acceptable to the masters. But by at least putting forth the show of good faith and “reasonable” terms, when the masters inevitably break the peace it will justify completely crushing them out of existence.
Ah, that wasn’t what I’d read previously. I retract. (Though when I watched it, it really did look to me like her face/body weren’t matching lighting-wise, but that could be more to do with just how it was shot).
It was a case of “hed pastede on yay”. Cersei’s walk of shame was done the same way because at the time of filming Lena Headey was very pregnant.
Oooh good link! Thanks! I didn’t realize he’d changed his tune recently about his willingness to continue as Cap, but that makes me very happy to see.
Yeah, there was definitely some kind of accelerant poured out on those steps beforehand.
I’m sick and tired of Ramsay, full stop.
Right? Like at the end of Civil War, I was legit not that impressed with the announcement that Spiderbaby’s coming back, but the Black Panther movie OMG GIVE IT TO MEEEE NOW.
I thought Evans was done after Civil War? If not, then YAY.
The exact dollar amount doesn’t matter. People who resell create an artificial scarcity and then have the audacity to sell an item they bought with no intention of using themselves to someone else for above the MSRP. Sure, you can say it’s just supply and demand economics, but if you’re creating an artificial scarcity…
Hmmm... somehow those rocks managed to not hurt anybody for millions of years without the intervention of a couple of middle-aged, beer-gutted good ol’ boys. Just goes to show never underestimate the ability of a mediocre man to assume a situation needs his input, no matter what.
It’s also assuming that other people don’t have commitments that prevent them from hanging out at a Target all morning. Like oh, I don’t know... a real job they have to be at before Target even opens, maybe?
Oh yeah, I remember that! It didn’t interest me but I felt bad for people who wanted the sequin dress, for instance. I thought it was already a bit too pricey at retail but throw in a resellers’ markup on top of that and a lot of people who thought they could get a nice party/prom dress at a decent price just got…
You don’t think you’re a bad person, but at a 25% markup you might be wrong.
Target was actually the store! There were problems with resellers for the Missoni line and I think also for Jason Wu, maybe one or two more? Not sure.
I remember when one of the limited designer lines with a big retailer came out, within a day the stores and online were sold out and ebay listings were popping up at ridiculous markups. Within a week the store announced they were restocking the entire line, and I laughed and laughed at all the ebayers who’d jumped the…
I would guess the hotel had some kind of partnership in place with the theatres, and those seats were probably part of the allocation for the theatres’ corporate partners and were never going to go up for general sale anyway.
Aniston herself seems to be very much over it - yet people want to constantly paint her as bitter and hung up on her ex when from all appearances she’s moved on with her life as well.
