That was exactly the reason I hated that scene. The rest of the episode was pretty great and seemed like they were back on track, but they just couldn’t let the opportunity slip to dole out some tired gender role cliches.

First you have to put eyeshadow all over half your face, then wipe off gradually until you achieve just the right level of smolder.
