It could be that those ads were sold explicitly to market to lecherous old men, but I’d guess that someone just bought a bunch of time marked “Cheap CBS Sports” and called it a day. They were probably expecting a golf tournament that no one’s ever heard of.
Yes, sorry if that wasn’t clear! When I write the note, I say that Ryan would like to have a playdate with so-and-so, and if they’re game, here’s my phone number and to feel free to call or text to set something up. It actually seemed to be a pretty common method of communicating within Ryan’s class this year. Some…
The only way to win is not to play.
It’s both. The Court ruled that Colorado civil rights board (or whatever) was hostile to the baker’s 1A rights. Implicit in that is a finding that there were 1A rights involved in the case.
But then should a Jewish baker be obligated to bake a Neo-Nazi themed cake? It raises questions.
Two things worth noting.
It is a really really narrow holding. He would, for example, have to sell a premade cake to them. And it wouldn’t apply to non-artistic services, like carpentry or accounting. Also, this was 7-2; hardly the doing the Trump administration alone!
I was shocked that there wasn’t a single mention of linen sheets. Nothing beats linen for cool sleeping. If you can’t afford a full set, just a linen top sheet. You’ll never go back to tightly-woven cotton sheets that trap the heat.
From your other comments I find that statement suspect.
Why? Or are you just butthurt because they call your kids out?
If you only eat grass pokemon, are you vegetarian?
Math has been declared racist by the left. This is not a joke.
14 of the top 30 progressive (D) Senators voted to end the federal shutdown back in January to fund CHIP for 6 years. Seems to me they vote on issues that people care about. Like funding kid’s insurance.
Of the three examples they provide, one is a candidate with no experience challenging an incumbent Senator of her own party, and another is a complete novice in a crowed field running for an open seat but not running in the special election to fill that seat.
Why are the only examples Dems favoring incumbents? You can’t honestly be surprised that a party is supporting incumbents. Any maybe the fact that the Congressional Black Caucus is supporting someone should tell you something about that person.
It’s not really clear from that (really poor) Axios article what’s going on. If the party is failing to target black women for recruitment in competitive open districts, that’s a problem. If they are failing to give resources to black women candidates in the general election, that’s a problem. If they are not…
This site can’t afford fact-checkers and it sure as Hell can’t afford to pay bloggers capable of doing basic math.
Why would the national party intervene against its own incumbents? How is that a strategy?
It always amazes me that there are so many people who so confidently state that human beings should stop consuming a food that they started eating before they started building cities.
