Eh, I sold my 911 to order a Z06, willing to bet it will be worth more than a comparable Gt3 in 10 years. The last track focused Vette before going hybrid and doing it with the highest output N/A V8 of all time? Yeah, that’s a collector.

As for Hideous, the C8 is, the Z06 isn’t. The 4 inches extra width and new front

I’d try to find a Lexus IS-F. High revving NA V8 goodness.

Everybody: This car does not look good.

Literally every uber-lux sedan has gooseneck hinges these days since you can’t have a power-closing trunk without them (except for the Phaeton, as far as I can tell). As long as the hinges are covered and don’t crush my luggage, I’m happy.

This EV won’t work for me because the commute to my job is 20 miles each way and once I get there they don’t give me enough money to buy this car.

The connection is no coincidence as the genesis for ‘Rick and Morty’ is Justin Roiland’s ‘Back to the Future’ parody ‘Doc and Mharti’.

Probably the most beautiful sedan ever made. And I say probably and not definitely because the E38 is right up there.

They’re better on bad roads than a ‘normal’ ride height and better on good roads than a CUV.  It’s a compromise that makes sense for some people, though I suspect most buyers will just want to look a certain degree of rugged.

Yes, the 350 and 370z both had them. But to be fair, I also forgot they did.

Logos, not always but a lot of times, work with association. I mean, Ferrari’s prancing horse is a good example. We associate that with Ferrari because that is the strongest connections that we make, while that particular logo’s origin is closer to Porsche.  So the new KIA logo, while it’s not all that communicative,

Deep down, I know you’re right.

Here is the actual production version:

Now I just want to see it growing and shrinking.

In my neck of the woods, $5K buys you a fully restored Renault 4 (frame, body and engine). Mine cost me the equivalent to $1.2K and it’s been way more reliable than I could ever expect. Not only that, with the exception of a couple of bits of trim, most parts can be found for unbelievably cheap, and many are still in

Keep in mind (unless you already know this) that the 4.2 has the lovely cam sprockets that are a press-fit, and requires the special tooling to get everything aligned properly - there’s a pin that goes in the side of the block to lock the crank, and a bar that aligns the cams - then the belt can be replaced. Porsche, duh.

Quietly Kia
