I’m the photographer for our local car club here in Ithaca,NY. We don’t have too many cars and coffee events in the area (its a pretty small car scene here) Here are some highlights from the events I did get a chance to shoot though (Links to facebook albums on our club page below those)

Front plate requirement, decibel limits on exhausts (I’ve been written several fix-it tickets for this), tint darkness limit as well as no tints on front windows or windshield, no underglow at all unless its a show car...the list goes on (Upstate NY life)

Its a mixed bag, most performance car owners I’ve met don’t wear car branded stuff unless they’re part of their respective car club (Porsche, Ferrari etc) If you’re a rich Ferrari owner and wear all Ferrari clothes all the time you’re likely a douche. I however own BMW sweatpants and don’t own a BMW, I feel weird…

Dash Controls all the way. I agree with the sentiment that Stalk should be reserved for blinkers. Unless you have a column shifter!
