This is definitely where my vote would go.

I think it's becoming evident that the wrong people are claiming these videos. Until they can at least have some sort of verification for these companies claiming videos falsely.

Oh gosh, let's see. You are definitely going to find more series out there than movies but the first ones that come to mind are Akira, Perfect Blue, Memories and Jin-Roh. Here's a list of worthwhile anime I came by from Bobsplosion. It includes classic movies and series.
