@earth2marsh
Don't count on it.
@kdsmith
Another vote for it here, but note that it is not freeware if you use it on your computer at work...
Why be restricted to command lines and file transfer? You can tunnel VNC or anything else through SSH
Odd, my post above should have ended with...
Dead handy, but c'mon, we all have all of the Powertoys already don't we? They're all on the same Microsoft
I also use IrfanView a lot. It's the best, but it's not freeware if you use it at work. See my earlier post for other free options.
Do it all with right clicks and free software. Change format with FirmTools ShellExtension and rezise with the Xp powertoy mentioned above.
CDBurnerXP (link in earlier comment above) is the best freeware data/image burner. Authoring a video DVD with menus, etc. is a different matter - there really isn't anything free and user friendly, but see Videohelp for what is out there. DVD-lab Studio is my tool of choice but you have to buy it.
Does a 5% market share mean that they also only have 5% of the virus writers? That would explain their perceived better security ;)
Also check out Codec Sniper to list/delete installed codecs. Shows if any are "broken".
Try this for identifying codecs - G Spot - add it to the context menu for an easy check.

Er, turn the *&&^^% thing off once in a while. You're not that important!
And there's always the $14 Steadicam if you dont have $15 to spare ;)
Running SyncBack to a second internal drive. Intending to archive photos to DVD at intervals but it's not happening yet...
Good grief.
