I’m not threatened by new ideas, I simply don’t want to watch hockey become basket ball on ice. If that’s what you’re after then direct your energies to that. And where exactly did I insult you?

So basically just invent a new sport. You’re out of your fucking mind,. If you don’t actually like hockey I’m not sure why you’re bothered by any of this. You should channel that energy into starting this version of basketball on ice, I’m sure it’ll be a huge success.
Do you know who Donald Fehr is? Again you seem to have your head buried so deeply that you can’t recognize that negotiations are not a single party transaction. You seem to expect the NHL to cave for the “good of the game” but I don’t see any criticism of the NHLPA, IOC or other counterparties involved.
Fair enough, perhaps my fault for being caught up in the narrative coming into the match.
1-1 draw doesn’t do them any good, but yes with Dybala back Juve certainly has the firepower to win the tie.
were you saying that before the match? All I saw was ‘Juve have only conceded once in 2018'. Funny that after the match the narrative is now that Juve wasn’t that strong defensively.
When did Bettman become an NHL coach? Blaming the commissioner for changes in the way the game is played is laughable. Did he develop the butterfly technique? Did he craft the left wing lock?
Abysmal? He’s won massive concessions for his employer time and time again. Do you understand what his job is?
You seem to not understand that there are at least two parties to any negotiation.
Just as bad as at literally any other institution with pending investigations or litigation. This is an ordinary course statement.
Processed. Now I’ll explain to you that this is standard procedure when facing investigation/litigation. Your turn to process.
The fact he has to tell them not to is standard for any institution under investigation or anticipating investigation. Pretty standard stuff, but hey you run with it as you will.
It’s almost like different sports have different objectives and rules. Also, have you heard of football?
“Hutton is not in the right here”
““be a grown up” ... seriously, just fuck the fuck off”
And if you leave a month before the first date to a nation that grants you a one year visa upon entry?
The length of your trip isn’t the issue, it’s the length of the visa period that matters.
Because, wait for it, there are multiple countries in the world and they don’t all have the same requirements.
Did you miss the whole “there’s a hotel next door” part of the argument?
They aren’t considered amateur by the NCAA but that wouldn’t impact Olympic eligibility. What would be an issue is that many of the top players have signed entry level contracts with the NHL teams that drafted them, and at least this year an NHL contract = no Olympics.
