Seriously... I always tooknew Hulk as a jokester. I somehow doubt he was being serious.

A car that could scare Walter Rohrl is a truly frightening prospect.

It’s worth noting that Alonso praised McLaren’s efforts on the car and the new regulations in basically the same breath as the quotes above in what was certainly a message straight to Honda to let them know where the real weaknesses lie in the team.

Exactly so why would Sainz even switch to McLaren? Really they don’t even have a chance at him unless it comes with big pay cause STR generally has a strong car, now they have a strong engine and there’s the possibility, however slight it is, that he’ll be promoted to the main team.

If that’s in reference to a movie then you are correct.

Three works teams with experience but when each works team has probably 500 people working on engines, it’s possible. It’s certainly enough of a possibility that McLaren has been insisting on Honda doing it. It’s clear at this point that Honda has no idea how to turn this problem around.

Honda could’ve poached from another team. Happens all the time and McLaren is certainly urging them to but they apparently refuse.

It’ll be a miracle if Alonso sees this season out. It’s clear Honda isn’t going to deliver.

Hell will freeze over before Alonso drives for one of the designated midfield teams and not a works squad. Williams couldn’t even afford him.

I don’t think that’s accurate at all. This is massively bad publicity for Honda to do this poorly and obviously they aren’t not F1 for shits and giggles. Additionally, they make money if another team uses their engines a customer. If it was the class of the field, they’d certainly have multiple customers. I think they

At the time he left Ferrari there were no other options if I’m not mistaken. McLaren signed a contact which runs through this year. I’m sure Ron Dennis prepared for the eventuality that Honda might not deliver right away and made the contract air tight. There’s no way in hell McLaren is going to release Alonso early.

They’d fire James Key the season he produces a title winning car because he’s not Italian.

As far as the livery. I really dislike their livery. That being said, I like their drivers and I think the team has a good attitude about racing, so I hope they do well in the midfield.

When they get a works contract. They won’t win as a customer of Ferrari. Only team that’s ever done that was STR and that was with a future 4x WDC at the wheel of a car designed by Newey.

I think we’d all like to forget that we’ve seen that.

STR is basically the last step in Red Bull’s junior driver program. It’s Red Bull’s B team; the last test before young drivers either get dropped, or graduate to RBR. Red Bull has stated in the past (right after Webber left) that they no longer hire drivers from outside their junior program as it’s probably the best

Rear diffuser being covered must mean Toro Rosso has some clever bits back there. The front wing looks most similar to Merc’s. Toro Rosso may deliver this year. Said it before: James Key is a genius. No doubt the RBR will be a competitive car and with a much larger budget, will be able to do more.

Confirmed. Cyril Abiteboul stated that the had reached the maximum with the old architecture and if they wanted to catch Mercedes, it was necessary to go back to the drawing board. The engine is 95% new this year according to Renault.

STR wins this year. What a beauty. Pundits writing that the car is quite similar in some respects to the W08. The front wing definirely looks similar. Wouldn’t surprise me. James Key is a genius engineer. At a team with a top budget, he could definitely design a world championship contender. Hopefully a sign good

Sounds nice. I think it’s one of the sexier cars too. I’m not a Ferrari fan, but they made a fine looking car.
