It’s truly incredible how people still complain about one team being dominant when that’s been the case in this sport throughout much of its history. Would it be nice for the championship to come down to the wire? Of course. I still try to enjoy the racing in the mid-field. Some races are fantastically boring but a

Obviously not saying anything that hasn’t already been said. The W06 has to be the winner. There have been some missteps with Singapore being the most notable example but it hasn’t been shocking to see Mercedes over a half second ahead in qualifying this year. The car is dominant.

No, cause this little number takes the crown for worst racecar 2015:

He might as well be making his morning coffee. Every video I watch of him he is just stoic in his expression. Incredible.

There’s been some good races. If you’re always just looking at the front, there are a lot of boring seasons, but the USGP was fantastic on the whole and there’s been a lot of good mid field action. That’s why I don’t blame Bernie for not giving Mercedes TV time. It’s hilarious how they complain about not being given

I have to disagree. As a Hamilton fan, I could do without the snide remarks from him. Maybe there’s behind the scenes drama with Rosberg. Maybe I’m mistaking intensity for something else, and I 100% agree with him not making the race a “team exercise” as Toto wanted to because it is a competition, but I just don’t

Seriously, what moron told Rosberg that if he had driven like this all season, he could’ve challenged for the championship? I’m glad he gave that very curt response. I got a chuckle out of it. As I said in the other thread, it’s getting harder to root for Hamilton. He’s really a dick off track when things aren’t going

Before last season, I was definitely a Hamilton fan but it’s getting harder and harder to like him. He just acts like such a dick. I’m big on humility, which obviously is just about non-existant amongst top level racing drivers, so I’m all for the most low key champion. I won’t hate on his partying and what not

Schumacher winning five years in a row wasn’t exactly riveting either. Every time someone is dominating, it gets a little old.

In the video from the Russian GP when he’s joking with Hamilton about the girls, the guy off camera grabbing his arm is just like “Seb, you’re drunk”.

Please, I heard Verstappen’s name in place of Sainz about eight times during the NBCSN broadcast. “And look at that, Verstappen gives the place back to Perez after cutting the track. That’s not the maturity you expect to see of an 18 year old driver...” Christ almighty, Sainz can’t even get credit for doing something

Tiflis weren't saying anything when Kimi cost Bottas the podium in Russia. Glad it worked out for Valterri this time. I'd love to see more Williams results like today's.

Actually it was Brundle himself who said it as part of the top gear film so you'd be correct in saying none of the three hosts thought of that.

Couldn’t believe how off Seb was today. You could tell from his radio message after the crash that he just felt like shit. Unusually bad race for him. Really a shame. He was just trying to do things the car wasn't capable of.

The penalties are a joke, and I’m glad Honda exploited the loop hole that allows them to change the engine multiple times in one weekend so as to maximize penalties at just one race., The real joke here, though has to be the Honda engine as a whole. I know, I’m not saying anything new, but I have to rant. For a team

That would be odd if they were using Ferrari’s windtunnel since from what I’ve read, Haas has one of the most advanced windtunnels of any motor sports team in the world.

Haas definitely isn’t going to be a serious challenger next year, but they’re setting themselves up for long term stability. Look at how many new teams announced their entry into F1 and were on the grid the next season. The fact that they waited an additional year speaks volumes about their approach. They have two

Cool to see all the teams have a sense of humor when the weather’s shit. Riccardo and Kvyat seem like some of the chillest drivers on the grid.

When hasn’t won the WDC had the best car? Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso, Schumacher, Mansell, Prost, Senna, etc. all had the best car when they won. I think there are only a handful of seasons when it can really be said that two cars were equally as good or that two teammates in the same car were equally as good. In 1998

I agree 100%. With only a few exceptions, Rosberg would be completely outmatched by several drivers on the grid given equal machinery. The car flatters him and that’s fine. This sport has always been like that. The best driver can’t win without the best car, that’s why there are two championships.
