If you're not voting for any candidates, at least go and vote for your local/state amendments and such. Some probably involve taxes, abortion, and such other things. Your "voice" will be heard on those.

Isn't it the managers job to increase shareholders equity? And to do that they need to increase revenue? People will buy their products either way and this is one more way to raise revenue.
