I agree. It doesn’t make any sense that Kate and Meghan would be feuding. Neither of them seem the type. But it’s really quite plausible that, as Harry makes the transition from little brother and third wheel to head of his own family, there would be some friction between the two brothers.

No. The clothes they make fun of are clothes those celebrities are paid to wear or are given for free in exchange for the publicity.
We don’t have to imagine it because Diana cites to Tom & Lorenzo. Just so you understand, both Tom AND Lorenzo are men. Two men who do the same thing that the Fug Girls do. Two men who Diana staunchly defended for providing tough criticism of celebrity fashion.
As adults, though, that should be their decision. And we just don’t know that they would want to be included.

I didn’t read the book but the condescending tone of the comment combined with the repeated use of quotes around a misspelled word that the original commenter spelled correctly, just completely eviscerates whatever point he was trying to make.
