Yep. As a Miata NC owner, I feel ya. It’s still the most “raw” car I’ve owned in several years, but it’s bloated compared to an NA or NB. I hear the ND is at least smaller.

Precisely. We’ve got a 2008 with 132k on it and we don’t want to part with it since there isn’t any competition for it. We’re pretty bummed at the idea of a CRV, which is the same platform but nowhere near as good. Maybe a CX-5 since we’ll be forced to go with boring anyway.

It’s a nice BMW. It’s certainly no Supra.

I ALMOST got dad to buy me a MKIII turbo. My god... still one of the nicest cars I’ve driven. It was an ‘88, and this was in ‘97. The sound it made, etc... just a wonderful car. MKIII will always be my Supra of choice.

NP all day long. That interior seals the deal for me. Honestly may have gone with this over the Miata I just got if, you know, I hadn’t have JUST got it.
I’ve got the pumpkin orange interior. I’m a huge fan of weird interiors. Blue. Red. Whatever. I just hate boring black, grey, and basic tan.

It really *is* the answer. I replaced a 2005 G35x with an NC that’s only two years newer. Requirement for me was all options and under 10k. I found it 1,050 miles away (and away from the rust belt I live in).  Three months to the day and I love it. I thought I got old and couldn’t enjoy driving any longer. Now I make…
