Jeez, first No Man’s Sky and now FFXV! Do you just hate gaming Jason? Is that what this is about?
I’ve told my in-laws flat out (and my wife has too) “You vote Trump, you don’t see your granddaughter again until the next election cycle, longer if he wins.”
Except that the article even mentions Doom not having advanced copies and it is pretty highly regarded across the board.
Its on Xbox as well. Its in the new release list at least
My biggest issue with Origins was the combat system felt sluggish. If it had felt up to par with the other games, it would have been a good game, as is, it was just decent.
What does your comment have to do with anything in the preceding conversation?
It’s possible, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he seems more niche, tactical usage. I think a good Torb will still be an asset to a team, just not the game changer he currently is.
I play Torb on most defense maps. This nerf is not the one I would have chosen to fix, I think range/time to target is more of an issue than overall damage, but I don’t think this will change Torb too drastically. Turret placement will be more important, and Torbs wont get as rewarded for playing the chickenshit…
And Sym turrets don’t kill you before you can react. Even if you get caught by multiple, you can usually take out one or two before they down you (assuming you aren’t one of the squishies)
Yeah, the way I see it, most people who hate Torb hate him because the turret feels overpowered and cheap, particularly in maps with nasty chokes before A. By leaving everything but time to target untouched, Torb plays the same, but has a higher strategy level since his turrets now need to placed with more care.
She can, when map design allows it. The worst maps to go against turrets have severely limited sight lines that reduce range advantage against well placed turrets. On Hanamura, Point A, for example, I can think of four places immediately to place turrets that cancel a Pharah advantage and a few more that have very…
Um... Omega Force is not making Nioh at all. Team Ninja is. The only thing they have in common is that Koei Tecmo is publishing them.
The problem is: They promised a new version of Mega Man then dropped the ball hard on the one aspect that really matters: gameplay. MN09 feels sloppy and floaty. Its not precise. There’s input lag that is EXTREMELY noticeable. It wants you to be fast and precise, but then actively prevents that by not having tight,…
I feel if the game was coming out this month, it would be worrisome. But since its still the better part of a year away, and Iga’s previous games have been super precise, its worth giving it the benefit of the doubt.
And they will certainly be showing off more as they go.
I backed it in a heartbeat. But the thing with the E3 demo is: the game isn’t scheduled to launch until March of next year (and lets be honest, it’ll likely get delayed).
They haven’t released the demo to backers yet, but from what they have been saying on the kickstarter, the demo was intended to show the engine…
Good news: Comcept is only involved with ReCore from a story and character design perspective. Gameplay and everything else is from Armature, studio made from folks that did Metroid Prime.
Its far from the worse thing about the project at this point. For example, they “sent” out platform selection surveys to backers multiple times, then just recently did so again. Only this last one is the REAL selection. And many people didn’t get the email, or notice of the survey at all, until after it closed.
I had honestly not thought of this comparison and you are 100% correct. Only he’s prequel George Lucas rather than original trilogy and Indiana Jones (original trilogy), when Spielberg and others were involved.
I understand that. And Insomniac is now 3rd party, having created Sunset Overdrive for MS, and a multi-platform Song of the Deep.
