Jesus, the Niners are falling apart faster than anything I've ever seen.

Another thing, legs. Dudes tend to ignore leg workouts in favor of upper body stuff when the legs are large muscle groups that need and will burn calories when worked on/developed.

The concept of "Eat less and move more" doesn't suggest the extreme of fasting, it suggests caloric efficiency for those whom are overweight and taking in more than they burn. Indeed, it requires discipline and isn't easy, but the concept is sound as a starting point.

As a concept it's simple, though indeed in practice it's not. I fall in the middle on this as usually the folks who say it intend it as a foundational explanation regarding the basic thermodynamics.

It could also mean you've become an asshole.

My wife doesn't get that she can eat whatever she wants, is at a perfectly healthy weight, but I have to lose about 70lbs and can't eat all the bread and starches and carbs she does. Her food pyramid is like a mound of bread and starch.

Seriously, if there was a stretch of pro athletes beating the fuck out of internet tough guys, it'd be good for society.

New England?

Folks, it's Gawker Media, envy be the currency of this world.

Exactly, these games aren't running for office, they're digital fantasies for entertainment value made to make money from what is still a majority young male segment.

"What did I say that I was a bully?" Rousey asked when alerted of Celeste's statements. "I said that the fighters should get paid more than the ring girls. That doesn't make me a bully, that makes me f-cking right."-

Well, for anyone who remembers the advice of Kirk Lazarus from Tropic Thunder, he's not winning the Oscar.
