Good point, I am foreign born and I can speak for bunch of my buddies who would own a luxury sedan over a SUV any day !
Personally I'd take a wagon but that's beside the point here

I guess you must have had experience with a bad group/ club. I run with some groups who take safety and passing by point very seriously ! Unless you do something stupid, the chances of crashing your car is not so common as you would imagine ( i.e as long as you know your & your car's limit)
Well here you go ! Is this what you are looking for ?

Search by your zipcode for the open track days around you ! This is what I use to keep track of the events in the midwest
Correction: ESC helps, but can't beat Stupidity !
Plus you can hear the engine wail which sure throws away any notions of dislike for the car ! What a powerplant that thing is
The ford pinto at the end ! Haha I wonder how many people got that one ;)
Not that I encourage this kinda of behavior but a lot of times these are 16-17 year old **underage** kids without permits. So before the people here go OMG, just consider that kids drive over here in NA are legally allowed to drive and you would realize how age based legality can sometimes be so weird !
Also,…
Loads of torque, AWD and droptop ! I'd take it over the merc anyday !
I don't blame you considering so many people who can actually walk use a mobility scooter in departmental stores these days
As someone who grew up in India, I can confirm this ! But it sort off works in a cool way and makes you laugh at how the people in the states have accidents at all despite the much much better traffic conditions. Texting and driving in India = death wish so in a way you very less distracted driving
It appears that with the 911 gt3 and the cayman gt4 they seem to be going in different paths. With the 911 they want shear pace and laptimes when competing against the best of the world and on the other hand with cayman gt4 they want to offer the purest and the hardcore driving experience even if it is not the fastest…
I don't know how much you know about Detroit but very few I mean very few us actually work /live in Detroit. It is just easier for us say that the automotive industry = Detroit . The truth is though, the big 3 , the suppliers all have their offices well outside Detroit where the QOL is very very good indeed. Cities…
You do realize that Paypal doesn't actually build the Tesla ? Mr Musk took his fortune selling Paypal and founded spaceX, a engineering company well before starting Tesla motors. Only thing Paypal here is the investment capital.
But I am sure apple is doing the same, i.e using their capital to buy engineers from…
I am sure they did and considering that they are a very successful company they sure must be having a solid plan.
But on the other hand if companies always knew what they were doing, you wouldn't have big once successful corporations going to the government for bail out
I agree especially on Tesla. I know someone who came back to big 3 after a year with Tesla because the bump in package was not enough to offset increase in expenses
1st Gear: Lawsuit Says Apple Is Poaching A123 Systems Engineers
I am not counting them out at all but what I asking is to not compare them making a successful new product like mobile phone/ipad coming from PCs to actually making a car. What they have made so far are totally at the end of the day consumer electronics. The automotive industry is one of very thin profit margins…
To be fair all those are still consumer electronics. Making a car is indeed a different ball game altogether ! As someone who works in the industry, I am assure you that much. Will they succeed ? maybe or maybe not but it sure is not the same as making consumer electronics
I agree that is a problem with Delhi , but Delhi = India. I've lived and grew up in 3 of the top 5 populated cities in India and with most of the places the pollution is much much less than Delhi which is kinda a shame with it being the capital city. I was there 2 months ago in the southern cities and they are doing…
I grew up in a major Indian city and I can assure you that I used to be able to breath quite well and see for more than a mile ! Most the pollution in India/china is from the industries/factories/power plants and not really automobiles. People in Asia don't use a big ass pickup to go to work just by themselves and…
