It may be bundled with an unlock, but most likely according to the Musclenerd tweets, Pwnage tool will have a simultaneous release and that will be required to not update the baseband code. Then the same exploit can be used to jailbreak. But likely ultrasnow…

Unless GreenPois0n allows me to NOT upgrade the baseband code, then I'm not budging until Pwnage is updated ... I need unlock as well as jailbreak 'cuz I have travel to Europe to worry about.
