I love that Alicia is still not wearing makeup. Like, if she does, great! Fine! I do 60% of the time. But I think that this is a good, smart, empowering move for young women to see.

That’s not the takeaway I got from this at all. I took away that it took her a long time to accept/be okay with her body. I didn’t get at all that she was saying she’s struggled with being slightly less thin than other people.
