It’s well past time the Dems starting using every dirty trick in the book to do anything at all. The Republicans gave up all pretense of playing by the rules when they stole a Supreme Court seat. There are officially no rules.

The fact that the game doesn’t provide the ability to build defenses should clue you in to the fact that the game doesn’t “allow” it.

I have explained ad nauseam throughout these comments that it’s not a game feature, it’s an exploit. If you can’t or won’t understand why that’s different from playing the game, then there’s nothing left to say. As others have said, there’s really no way to explain to you why you should care about other people. I feel

If that’s true, then I apologize for that specific remark.

Grownups: Hey, let’s play this game with base-building and zero PvP elements, and build a community of like-minded gamers where we can enjoy our hobby in peace!

Loopholes are oversights.

Don’t forget to get your parents’ permission to play online first!

The rules of the game don’t make it possible. A loophole in the design is being exploited to an unintended purpose. Virtually every online game I’ve ever seen bans that.

Yes, when you play a multiplayer game, there are a set of rules that all players consent to. No Man’s Sky is not a PvP game, and contains zero PvP elements (at this time, at least). Going online in NMS is not consenting to getting griefed by children.

It’s not legit gameplay. It’s an unintended side effect of the game’s limited multiplayer design.

It’s not though. They didn’t give the ability to do anything negative to other player’s stuff. This is an exploit of a system that limits the number of publicly visible bases because the game was not designed to be a persistent galaxy-sized MMO.

You are childish.

They consented the moment they decided to play a multiplayer game with these features.

Wait... do you think that the point of No Man’s Sky is to wreck other people’s stuff? Sounds like you’re the one who doesn’t understand the point.

It’s griefing, not roleplaying.

“The means to do this kind of stuff” is an exploitation of the game’s systems, not an intended way to play.

SGX reiterated this point numerous times: he’s just roleplaying, and the people who are criticizing him and reporting his channel are the real bullies and harassers.

You really should watch the movie again. It kind of feels like you weren’t paying any attention.

She wasn’t a manager, she was a general, and he was being insubordinate moments after having been demoted for disobeying direct orders and getting a buttload of people killed. He’s lucky she didn’t put him in the brig.
