Rockstar has set up a system that automatically detects a foreign .dll file (scripthook) and once you log into Online auto flags you as a cheater. You can get around this by removing scripthook and then go online.

If you read the creators thread over on the GTA forums, he has coded the mod in such a way that it disables itself once in online mode but it’s inevitable that someone will overwrite it and allow it to be used online.
