I was baffled when people started complaining when carriers switched to the new plans. Even after I explained in the comments to some people about how it’s better, they still thought it wasn’t. Sigh.

First of all, you’re wrong. Second of all, how does “I’m better than you because I’m more humble” relate at all to materialism??
Sounds like you are happy with your tablet and don’t need a Chromebook. I much prefer having a full browser though.
Mobile browsing annoys me. I much prefer having a full browser.
What’s Wii U??
You’re a dummy.
Expensive, yes. Overpriced, no.

Because even if you get a subsidized phone, you still end up paying the difference in your contract payments. Now do you understand?
How can you not get that it’s still illegal to park in the spot? Parking illegally to avoid doing something else illegal doesn’t magically make it all okay. “No Parking” doesn’t mean “No Parking... except for making phone calls, looking at a map, checking Facebook, et cetera.”
So... Technology is being used to crack down on illegal parking, and that’s misuse? I don’t get it.
I don’t “want to be indifferent to be indifferent”. I genuinely am indifferent. I could not give a less enthusiastic “meh”. I don’t want dimmer light. I don’t want to bother with installing dimmers just to put them at 90%. These bulbs are great for me.

Except... I don’t want dim light. So for me, it’s a nonissue.

Meh, I rarely deal with dimmable fixtures.

I guess, but the analogy doesn’t really match. Redlining is less efficient than staying at a lower RPM. With memory, it’s more efficient to use more.
Car analogies do not make sense with technology. Stop using them.
I wish they would integrate with Fit/HealthKit. They are slow in general at adding new features. I like that they take their time to put out quality software and devices (what they have is very good!), but at this point, I wouldn’t mind a couple bugs if it means I get new challenges and additional features sooner. I…

Same thing, at this point.
To be fair, nobody makes Windows Phone apps.
T-Mobile does this. The monthly payment is lower if you are not paying towards a device, as well.
T-Mobile and Verizon offer interest-free loans, so essentially, the only thing different is that your monthly payment drops when you are done paying off the phone. It’s also nice to have the option of bringing in a previously paid device.
