Which games?

I feel like Tie Fighter is still the gold standard for depicting the Empire. I mean, if you’re gonna play a villain, lets go ahead and play the villain. There’s more than enough material in that game that tells you very clearly YOU ARE PLAYING A VILLAIN to make me not squeamish about it.

I have been described as a pinko libtard on numerous occasion for my beliefs and even I give playing as the Empire a go.   It’s a video game after all, in a fictional world with space wizards and monsters.

I’m going to have to agree with Segador. This should not be titled a “Review” of the game. This is a commentary piece and, at best, a review of the cloud features backing the game.

I would argue there wasn’t even 15% of a review... when he wasn’t talking mine, he was philosophizing and complaining about cloud streaming, microtransactions, and game economies... From reading this does a reader know what the game offers as far as challenges, number of planes, challenges beyond free flight, training…

Dear Will, if you took a second to try and review the *game* Microsoft Flight Simulator instead of the concept of cloud and games as a service, maybe you would have done the tutorial, which would have taught you to fly VFR (which incidentally is the only form of navigation actually included in the tutorial).

BotW is such a gorgeous game, but it irks me that Grade A, Prime Nintendo IP still lags and gets choppy on its own hardware. A speed and RAM boost is all I’m asking. If it played games ROCK SOLID at 1080 or even 1440, then I’d be happy with it.

That entire year was insane for all things JRPG on PSX.

I’ve said it for years and I’ll say it again: give Genndy Tartakovsky a Metroid cartoon. Clone Wars shows how good he is at sci-fi action, and Samurai Jack shows how good he is at sci-fi action with quiet protagonists.
