You realize that people from different ethnic backgrounds tend to have different facial structure and features other than just eye and hair color variations, right? She’s identical in facial structure and features to the “undyed” shell in the original movie, plus she has teal eyes. There is nothing Japanese about her

I didn’t say it’s easy for the entire world. I asked what part of it you are from.

What part of the world are you from that you can’t say “Vivaldi”? Nothing hard about that.

Yeah but the Mac gives you so much more functionality for whatever you want. Sure, you want to capture your whole screen and then bring that image into a photo editing software and crop it and recompress it? How about you just get it right the first time with Mac’s cropped screenshot? I’m just astounded that someone

The fuck? I’ve used Windows all my life, and then using a Mac at work with its screenshot capabilities (and easy shortcuts for symbols like em dashes) made me love Mac. You use Windows and are afraid of some multi-button combos? You some kinda noob?

I like how your example of “real life” Adam Driver is just his character in another movie. Admit it—you don’t know him at all, whatsoever. Stop passing judgment.

Yeah okay. I’m looking forward to the 2019 Winter Olympics.

They were both bi, for what it’s worth, and so am I.

This is great. I have the Freddie figure and have been hoping desperately for them to put out David Bowie or someone else cool.

You forget that the remake was based on the original movie, not the manga. Her shell’s design looks more Japanese in the manga and the new anime series, but not in the movie. The point is that they created the shells to look nondescript and then just color them in to order. Blue eyes and the shape of them disqualify

Her ghost is Japanese, but her shell does not look Japanese, not in the original movie. That’s why it’s okay for Scarlett Johanssen to play her shell. I can’t believe some people still don’t get this.

When did George Lucas suddenly become the gold standard? He directed one good Star War.

Right, because everyone has a better life when they pay less money to the government. What an American attitude.

Meh, there were a lot of bad Rose lines, but that one takes the cake. May the schmaltz be with you.

Best comment. That and Han’s “promotion” always bothered me. Rose is another example of someone moving up the ranks for entirely unclear reasons (except maybe because everyone else died.) It’s like, you can’t just keep your head down and expect a promotion for hard work and consistency, you have to go out on an

Luke fails to re-start the Jedi order

Name one person who failed at anything, aside from Snoke and Phasma. For a movie that talks a lot about failure, nobody fails. Luke triumphs in his death, Rey gets stronger, Kylo Ren becomes the Supreme Leader, Leia survives, Laura Dern saves the day, etc. Almost nobody fucking fails in this movie. Maybe Finn and Rose

I’m not saying vegetarianism and feminism are wrong, just that they are being pushed on us by this film.

Anybody can put a monkey in a suit.
