Pigment does not make someone a certain race. If that were true, she would be immediately disqualified from being Japanese because of her blue eyes. Not really. The NES Classic Edition is a one-time sale for them. They aren’t getting repeat sales from people buying games or peripherals for years to come with it. It is not a moneymaker for them compared to their other products. It was just a limited release for fun.
