That dude’s 11 years younger than I am, and I’m pretty sure you’d guess it was the other way around if we stood next to each other.

Note the Statesman’s footnote, that Roche was suing Austin Police, because he wasn’t properly treated when he crashed his vehicle into their cop car. I predict Roche is gonna get more than a slap on the wrist.

I have a ex friend that has fucked more black men than I have and still managed to try to defend Trump. I told her ass and I quote. “As many of the black dicks that you have jumped on, you mean to tell me you support Trump? And not the lives of the men who you fuck?” she had NO reply. We haven’t spoken since then.

Well, we certainly wouldn’t want that woman to put her dog in a cage while we sort out the court proceedings... that’s reserved for human children.

If only there were some sort of cage the dog could be kept in while human affairs were sorted out...

He uses “Trump” and “Republicans” as an insult, then goes on to spout Trump/Republican rhetoric like “America First” and other racist/nationalist things...

I think he was surprised that someone he thought was the help was trying to talk down to him. Kind of like if the receptionist at Exxon confronted him.

is not normal.

They are all like that. They are genuinely shocked when people do not blindly follow and revere them, let alone speak back and up to them.

If it makes them uncomfortable and makes them lose interest in going out, then yes, it has an effect. Acts of rebellion don’t have to be large, country-changing, and explosive. Small acts of rebellion help remind these people that they are not supported, and at the very least, they don’t get to sit around and live a

That’s what they’re most scared of: facts. Cold. Hard. Undeniable. Verifiable. Facts. In the Internet age, you can’t just shovel shit and expect everyone to gobble it up, thank you, and ask for more.

Yeppers;-)

This guys are really insulated from real people and the consequences of their actions. Getting confronted is all new to them. Hence the reason we should keep doing it.

Because, deep in their black, burned-out little hearts, they KNOW what they're doing is wrong and it's only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down.

I said this in another comment, but I’ll say it here again because I’m gray on Splinter:

He ran like a scared rabbit, because of words. She didn’t swear, she didn’t insult him, she just stated facts. Even when you’re civil to Republicans, they run and scream in terror.

That’s straight outta the GOP playbook. Act like an ass (be it crooked, racist, sexist, etc.), then get all surprised and huffy when they get discovered in THE INFORMATION AGE. They don’t understand that they can’t do and say the things they used to without getting called out. The biggest problem is that Democrats

When any other measure short of publicly shaming fails to gain traction, you use the tools left to you. Trump and company are the ones who have chosen to be tone deaf to anything less.

She wasn’t yelling.  And, confronting these assholes whenever and wherever you have the chance is good.

Dude is probably secretly excited about being confronted publicly. Now, he can justify all of his security detail and first class travel.
