No probs. I think I read it in Guitar Player like 8 or 9 years ago.

Too many great ones to name and they tend to be forgotten because Steely Dan was more of a session band than an actual band.
Another good one.
Haha! I'll tell them. Was the set mostly Good Earth, because I know Bill told me once that because the current has basically been the same since The Good Earth they tend to do Good Earth and beyond more often than Crazy Rhythms.
Hells yeah. He's incredible.
Thank you, I don't know why I thought it was from Concert for George. I even had to type in Hall of Fame to find the video.
Agreed. Relayer never got a fair shake.
Than Ribot all the way.
He's the one with a curly kinda fro and glasses.
That's what I love about Prince. He is one of the most talented guitarists ever, but he's also one of the most talented composers and arrangers ever, and he knows when not to do something as much as when to do it.
Thanks for the vid.
George's son has a look on his face at one point that I can only interpret as "Holy motherfucking shit this guy is incredible."
I think you and I are the only two people on here who give a shit about Prince.
Can I pretend that he just appears out of thin air? It fits the mythology that I've built up about Prince.
I would agree, but I like him more for that. As I've grown more bored over the years with the Eddie V's and the Jimmy Pages, I find that George is the guitarist that influences me most. His solos are all about structure and melody, not just noodling around and they always compliment the song. I guess maybe "beast"…
I'm going to assume you've seen Something Wild, but seriously, the entire movie changes tone abruptly THANKS TO THE FEELIES. As soon as Loveless Love starts, the lighting changes and you know something terrible is about to happen. I watched it for the first time simply because I knew the Feelies were in it. I would…
Craig Finn does talk singing better than just about anyone. Except maybe the guy from Cake, whose name I won't bother to look up. I'd say they're tied.
I mentioned this above (below?) and I'm so fucking glad I'm not the only one. Is it me or does Prince literally appear out of thin air?
Did he do the guitar work on Rain Dogs, because Jockey Full Of Bourbon is one of my favorite bits of guitar work in all of Waits catalogue.
You have excellent taste, sir. I'll pass along the praise.
