They have tried talking and i think only will stop this is when the UN does something about the War Crimes Israel has committed because there is a long list (and of course the US was the only country that voted no to an investigation) and try and do something about Hamas.

The difference is that Israel and Jews aren't the marginalized group in this case. Israel has the world's 4th largest military. Palestinians fight with very weak rockets and stones. And in the United States, anti-Arab prejudice is much more prevalent than anti-Jewish prejudice.

You guys, I quit my soul-sucking but well-paying teaching job. Temporarily, I'm teaching somewhere else where I make half as much. Today was my first day, and after I finished class, I went home with a smile on my face. 7 out of 10 times at the old job, I'd come home and cry.

Oh honey, I'm so sorry! I feel the same way a lot, it always seems to be the people who already have plenty that get the luck. It's SO cheesy, but it does help me a bit to try to count my blessings when I feel like that. And I feel like that a lot. :(

Thank you. I'm totally happy for people, but I die a little inside when I hear such good fortune. I'm like "for fucking once can we catch a break?!" We took a massive hit in his pay that we thought we could cope with, but we can't. I'm sure things will get better, but jeeze...

I'm insanely envious of everyone's life. Everyone seems to have good shit going like buying houses, getting married, getting new dogs, going on great vacations and generally being happy. My husband and I are really struggling despite me being in a good job and not living beyond our means.
