Gotcha, haven't seen this season yet

I am really shocked at the praise this episode is getting. The cheesy piano tune set the tone for me and I thought the rest of the episode was just a bunch of pasted-together shocking moments that didn't gel together. I almost laughed at the Tommen scene, but this video made me reconsider it in a better light.
