My bolt isn’t ugly, your MOM is ugly.

The number of Teslas I see with a cell phone mounted on their dashboard is hilarious. Pasting your cell phone up in your field of view feels early ~2010's, to me — or you’re a gig-economy delivery driver.

Peak Nissan for 1980's in US, the Pulsar NX with T-Top:

Assuming that statistica site is not publishing BS, the actual statistic for the 8000 surveyed Americans is:

Don’t forget that today’s $20,000 car is 2015's $15K car, or 1995's $10K car. You couldn’t buy much of a car for those prices in 2015 or 1995, either.

I can’t even come up with something sarcastic to say about this...

3rd gear: As many have said before, the Big Three were planning today’s EVs to compete with where Tesla (and others) were in 2019-2020. As usual, they had really poor strategists thinking about where Tesla’s prices would go under real competition, where China’s EV prices are already, or even about competition from

I’m definitely in the minority of people I know between ages of 7 - 70 who do not use YouTube as one of their primary forms of entertainment, so no surprise it doesn’t appeal to me. I’ll just stick with the forums here at Jalopnik where I can get actual replies from the writers! 😀

People like this should be unable to receive a motorcycle license for life, and probably further limited to driving a vehicle with >10 second 0-60 and top speed of 85 mph for the next 20 years.

Well it is apparently a hybrid according to updated news sources, but who knows about the MT. I’m keeping my hopes up for this.

Now I’m sure this is an entertaining video and Fewtrell is probably a great car video blogger, but I guess I’m just too old for these types of “Mr. Beast” YouTube promo images:

I like this suggestion — it’s not something you’ll see very often, although it probably won’t ever be as sporty as something like a GTI. Maybe more of a GT than an autocross vehicle?

Jalopnik is just taking an extremely simplistic stance on the matter, which isn’t too surprising, because in the end Jalopnik gets views from controversy.

It would be a risky proposition for Honda, but being first to the market with a real sporty EV coupe would be damn cool. They’d make some sales at the $40-45K level, but it would be dead-on-arrival at $60K. Perhaps this is a low volume way for Honda to ‘test’ 10-20K EV drivetrains in the real world before offering

I like your positive outlook, Bradley. Unfortunately, I think it is likely we are still witnessing the death of the coupe. Perhaps by “Japanese Perfomance Cars” you are also referring to quick-accelerating electric CUVs, but I see several coupes above.

I will seriously buy that Prelude new, too. Just not in white... (sigh) lame colors!

1. Choice of paint color (on ‘regular’ cars) beyond black, white, grey/silver, and maybe red.

I drove a 1998 Buick LeSabre for a while with a blue fabric interior. It had *the most* comfortable seats of any car I’ve been in for the past 20 years. I drove a later model Buick sedan with the ‘leather’ and it was much less comfortable. (A few years ago I drove a ~2017 S550 a bit, but didn’t notice the seats

This guy has learned *a lot*.

Basically a loaded Maverick, right?
