The problem is that no one buys the coupe.

I’ve seen the 60 Minutes interview, at least. In my opinion, it would be more reasonable to believe that some kind of infrared countermeasure was being tested against those aircraft, and the crew were being fed a cover story of “mysterious UFO” because they were not cleared for the program.
That’s *my opinion* as an expert web browser pilot.
If this somehow makes it to production, it is going to be as much an SUV as the Ford Ecosport.
I drove past a Chevron station in the south Bay Area this morning that had premium at $6.91, which is $0.40/gallon more than I paid last night.
I don’t get the hate for this car — sure it doesn’t weigh 2000 lbs and have 180hp at 9000RPM, but it’s still pretty competitive.
I’d love to see something other than an infrared ‘gun sight cam’ for any of these sightings. It would be very easy to get this type of artifact to appear on an infrared camera based on reflections of sunlight, damage to the sensor, or *especially* if someone was screwing with you by shining a laser at your aircraft.…
I have a family member who got covid about 1 month ago (probably on a flight to the UK). The symptoms cold-like weren’t too bad, but the exhaustion was pretty severe. It took maybe 3 weeks for them to get back to normal. From that perspective it seems worse than a bad case of ‘normal’ flu...
The 10 year old in me is amused by the UFO / alien stuff. The adult in me realizes this is a bunch of idiots in congress who are doing everything they can to keep their constituents fed with conspiracy theories.
Building a 682-hp luxury SUV took more than just slapping a supercharger on an Escalade.
Hmmm it took Toyota 25 years from when they sold initially this to when they’re finally offering a mass-produced EV. (Damn, 1997 is 25 years ago!)
The 63-mile range Smart EV is a pretty good contender to maximize your range anxiety, too.
It’s kinda crazy how 5.x kg of hydrogen takes a 122 liter volume.
Masking is still a good idea!
Celebrities have agents, studios, marketing departments, etc. all making sure they are cool / attractive / etc. They become the trendsetters, and they make things look cool (i.e. cars, clothing, jewelry, even smoking). In any case, their coolness does not come from some car or other accessory.
Sorry - I just couldn’t resist making a sarcastic remark related to FloridaMan
Keep gas up at $6.00 and there will be some incentive!
You didn’t even get a screenshot of Sensus!! That’s their UI *before* sensus.
Back when I was car shopping in 2016-2017, I was highly disappointed in BMW, and MB’s overly complicated menu systems. Volvo’s was better, but laggy. (Now Volvo is rolling out AndroidAuto, so maybe it’s significantly better than a couple years ago.) I much prefer Carplay’s simplicity for getting to a map app, music…
I live in the Bay Area and totally agree here. Seems like prices have gone up almost 50% in the last 6 months. I see houses in my neighborhood that (if sold) would have property tax of about $2500/MONTH while the asking rent is ~$5000/month.
