We invented the “oh, I went to school in Boston... no, not BU.”
All they need to do is avoiding winning any more World Series. Problem solved.
The Anthem for Lovable Losers:
Will we ever get to see the Cleveland version they taped (which may include just bumping the number up to 109 for Chicago)?
The estate of Steve Goodman wishes to express its congratulations and great thanks to the Cubs. We’ll be toasting you from Aruba.
Maybe blame the NBA. The one-and-done only exists because the NBA has an age minimum.
