The court generally does require any documents that will be referenced to be provided to both parties ahead of time. That’s what Apple’s motion is about.
You can have my Oxford comma when you pry it from my cold, dead, and clenched hands.
I don’t know, trying to dunk on people in Lifehacker’s comments probably ranks pretty high up there on the uninteresting dork scale too...
I don’t think this is new? My launch PS5's been doing it this entire time, if I click my TV’s input button and go to PS5 it’ll turn the system on and then I have to scramble to find the dual sense and turn it back off lol
playstation had this since the PS3, and ps5 also had this from day one, this article was not very well researched
The feature was already there, they’ve just added more options instead of making it all or nothing. I had high hopes for the update as it’s nice to use my TV remote to control the PS5, but, sadly, even with both the power options turned off (but the main link option on), the PS5 still turns on whenever I switch my TV…
“HDMI Device Link” is Sony’s branding for HDMI-CEC, which your display needs to both support and have enabled for devices to be able to take advantage of it. It’s been around for ages, but it’s a flaky standard with even flakier adoption, so it’s mostly just used for changing the volume on your home theater with your…

I can’t disprove a counterfactual, and will not get bogged down in something as useless as hypothesizing about what-ifs. The facts in front of us is
I have a Modest Proposal here... Which if you know your literary history should flag this up as taking a deliberately outrageous position in order to illustrate the morally outrageous opposite position that is actually accepted as the norm.
The gall to follow all of that up with an accusation of faux outrage is actually impressive.
“This is who we are. This is who we’ve always been. We are a nation of thieves, cowards, lairs, and murderers, and we have been for centuries.”
There’s no one answer for every person, because people vary. To quote Carl Sagan, “...as if there were only one human nature!”.
Yeah, classic FF was never that snippy about party makeup. Case in point: using 4 white mages in FF1.
Ehh. Honestly, if you’ve grown up playing JRPGs, this isn’t really anything out of the ordinary, especially if you’re looking at some of the higher-end challenges outside of the story.
Granted, while this was more prominent in FFs prior to 7 (FFIV comes to mind), there’s a whole host of battles which necessitated a…
If “being forced to strategize” is a turn-off, then maybe this genre is just not for you. And that’s fine, honestly. But acting like that’s somehow a failure of the game is missing the point entirely.
I dunno, I played through FF3, FF5, and the first Bravely Default and I don’t remember ever feeling like I had to pick a certain set of classes. Though, I suppose it’s possible that I just naturally picked the ones they wanted me to and didn’t think about it.
I often feel the opposite, if everything is equally viable then why even give me choices.
It’s a common misperception that people with good jobs, a decent income, benefits, and a retirement program are all reasonably intelligent. Nothing could be further from the truth.
