Just look at what Roadkill went through trying to get their Hellcat engine working - they needed all sorts of seemingly unimportant bits and pieces connected to the wiring harness for the ECU to fire the engine.

I believe the issue where PIA users are finding Netflix issues is which server they’re using when connecting to the service. I did find out that by manually selecting a specific server instead of using their Automatic selection, you would have a better experience with website/service access.
