I'm a little concerned that this is there "(one C5 and one C6 as the commenters point out)"

But both of those are very low volume production, so most of those parts are close to hand made and one-offs, which makes it almost as easy as high volume production cars with another set of molds. It's that mid range mid volume production that doesn't make financial sense.
It's because you lost.
Hah! Nicely done.
The mantra of all FEA/CFD soldiers: Test, compute, change, compute, test. Rinse, repeat. I've been there, it's a helluva process.
That looked really fun. I'd still die a fiery death...
Those are MINIs, not Minis....
First Subie I've been excited about in a long time.
You nailed it with the C5. So much love do I have for that car, I'm on my second one. It's a marvel of performance and reliability, and I don't even mind the interior all that much. What I did mind, I changed, so no big deal.
Haha! I laughed.
But when you see TRD you see it on beige in a Walmart parking lot.
Nope, that's going to be the ARR-ATE in game...
Who doesn't like dropping those little bits that you need, but are too small for a real human to hold, squirting yourself in the face with gas because you said "damn that little part, it's extra!", and lighting yourself on fire with the blowback? I mean, seriously, those were good times...
What!? My apologies, I missed that. My bad, yo. Carry on.
Really? Sorry, TRD is not a good acronym for The King of Beige to have on the side of their cars. It's like adding a couple sticks of dynamite to the grill after the can of lighter fluid just to make sure it lights. Just a marketing fail that I happened to point out to the Toyota lovers on here.
Uh... "The rumored almost 300-hp boxer four also doesn't hurt."
And they still can't come up with a better name than TuRD? Seriously, does anyone not think that when they see TRD on the side of a Tacoma, etc?
Yeah, I'd still die on the 'Ring....
Word. The Coyote is a wonderful engine, but there's a lot more in any LSx than in the Coyote for going up, except maybe in smoke...
I'm pretty sure that question means you need to GTFO. Me and my 30 MPG 450 HP, 435 lbs-ft. Z06 say so.
