Where I used to work, we had two Passat's go up in fiery death. While Parked. From ignition problems. No surprise there.

Just for kicks, I'm going to go in and give them a price, about $2000 less than the sticker, and tell them that's what I'm paying, so don't bother to haggle with me.

@TrampaOnline: I am so with you on the diesel engines. I was never a fan, but the new ones don't stink and are relatively smooth. They makes sense for things, like, oh the Chevy Volt or this thing.
