I'm still inside the edit window, you motherfucker!

Three men with enough money between them to solve, oh, any problem they really feel like solving decided to use their money to build pointless rockets that fly close to space, sit there for a few minutes, and then fly back.

I’m surprised more people aren’t bringing up how a good deal of the negative reviews either A. are from people who clearly hate the entire MCU, and/or B. are shockingly racist, homophobic, and ableist. My favorite is the guy from the New York Post who says Asian actors shouldn’t be given lead roles because they can’t

Looking forward to Rise of Dispatch being silly nonsense but everyone insisting it’s the worst Dispatch in forty years despite everyone still having seen Attack of the Dispatch.

2 Russia 2 Dispatch

Looking forward to the Furry community being represented in a superhero universe sometime soon. Everyone forgets about the furries. We haven’t even given them a letter in our ever-expanding string. Obviously, it will be F. LGBTQIAF. So, furries aside, if Superman Jr. is bi, he’s going to need to prove it by sleeping

This, 100%. I know I’ve seen Solo. But I’d be hard pressed to describe the plot in any way beyond “how Han meets Chewie and gets the Falcon and other stuff also happens but who cares”.

Memento’s is really good on so many levels

Two people?

He got sealed in a sarcophagus that was made literal with the addition of flesh-eating beetles. So yeah, it’s easy to feel bad for him for that.

But it’s not supposed to be that sort of movie with actual characters or plot.

The movie was really good.

It’s not always convenient to drive to the next state

I don’t see what the fuss is all about. Yes the CGI looks a little iffy but it’s passable and didn’t  shatter the suspension of disbelief I have to have when watching Space Fantasy films. Unlike a certain ridiculous snails-pace WW2 bomber scene jammed into Last Jedi.

I dunno, I heard the screenplay belonged to some beauty pageant that didn’t allow people of colour to be part of it like 20 years before it was written. If that’s not racist, I don’t know what is!

This seems like one of those patented AV Club “scandals” that nobody actually gives a shit about. The dead giveaway is the random switch halfway through the article from the mock outrage about lesbian nuns fucking with a religious symbol to the mock outrage about the lack of “intimacy coordinator” on set to the mock

So was chucking the Seinfeld cast in jail for being smug assholes, but we don’t talk about that finale either.

I’d say most of those actor’s most famous roles are in movies uniquely American that wouldn’t travel internationally. Whereas Will Smith largely makes crowd pleasers, Ice Cube, Perry and Hart in particularly are most known in the US for comedies which are very much aimed at black America. It’s like wondering why Earnes

I am straight, so please take this comment with a grain of salt and let me know if I am missing something here.

My understanding is that simply having a sexual experience here and there with the same gender is not enough to make someone “queer.” Many men and many more women report having had isolated same-sex sexual

This is a headspinning analysis. You almost completely leave out the Sienna Miller at-home storyline, which is the one redeeming part of the movie for most of us who dealt with the vast disconnect between civilians and military over the last 20 years (or in many cases, longer.)
