Thank you, I've been on the fence about fan theory. Honestly I think they took elements of EoE and used them in this rebuild. I don't understand how people are saying it's a continuation on pure speculation. I mean it's called Evangerion Shin Gekijōban or "New movies". People can't let it just stay at that I suppose.

So remember first playing XI like launch day XI and then you play it now and it's like super easy since all of the changes. That's kinda how XIV is, compared to launch how it plays now feels more like XI then anything else.

I've been playing since launch and it has made huge changes even up to this reboot. I'm looking forward to the redesign and hopefully it will be more inline with FFXI once it's said and done.

Growing up it was kinda like an underlying promise that once you get into game studios you were in like a frat. By that I mean there was a sense of brotherhood, hell it was like that for a while but in the last 6 years it's now like you are in a sweatshop. How things have changed.

I'm not going to call you a liar but I need proof to back this up. I've seen nothing that points to EoE to make it a continuing story in the Rebuild series. I've personally haven't seen anything on the net to back this line of thought as well. So if you have anything I can read/ browse I'll take a look at it.

But they are not sequels, they are new movies. I mean the Japanese title is in fact Evangerion Shin Gekijōban: Jo or Evangelion The new movies: Prelude. Watching EoE or Rebith wouldn't impact anything.

The rebuilds are call 1.11, 2.22 and 3.33 when they are released to DVD/Blu-ray in the theater they are called 1.o, 2.0, 3:Q

Watch 1.0 (or 1.11 as it's called on Blu-ray) It's the abridged version with out all of the filler that really dragged the series out. I've both the NGE classic and the Rebuild but I find that the rebuild tells just the same amount of story in less time with less exposition on thing that really don't mater or just…

I read about a 1/3 of this article and already want to play it. QFG series holds a special place in my heart right next to Mechwarrior and Mechwarrior 2 as those summed up my early 90's PC gaming.
