anybody know what Chevy this is? For a split second I thought it was a beretta by the ac/heater vents but i could tell now i was horribly wrong.

Putting an engine from one manufacturer into the body of another. (ex. Chevy 350 in anything other than a Chevy). Sorry I just don't approve of it.
