At WB Studios, some time ago...

I actually hope they don’t ditch Ben. It’s weird that WB/DC seems to be getting ready to bail on their connected universe after Wonder Woman finally nailed it.

Is it safe to say, then, that giving the reigns of their entire universe to Zack Snyder essentially torpedoed the entire universe?

Get Timothy Olyphant as Bullseye. Badass, famous for playing a role where he shoots people, and he already works with Netflix.

I hope it’s a very loose adaptation. I’m not a fan of Miller’s run. I’ll be honest, I know that’s not popular, but it doesn’t work for me. I like the secret identity, and I like Matt being a lawyer. Both seasons underutilized that element. Defenders had some courtroom stuff that I want to see more of.

Christ, now I just want to chat with people on here about how much I love Born Again.

Bullseye was ruined forever by Colin Farrell.

Woohoo! Great to see you, Ninja Skillz. We could use your Ninja wisdom right about now.

Hey you made it Evil Lincoln!

I think it’s the Blackened Bone Marrow of Shao Lao the Undying

Sorry, but io9 has a strict “No Clobberin’ ” policy.

Evil Lincoln made it through! Maybe I will hang around after all.

Agreed. I think it’s better than Miller’s Dark Knight. It’s peak Miller before he started the slide into self parody.

Sin City is basically a Miller reboot of Peanuts.

Karen—now living in Mexico after a nascent acting career leads to her becoming a heroin addict filming porn flicks to pay for her drugs

Born Again is by far, one of the best comic book stories ever told, imho. I have all the individual issues from the story line and had a huge poster up on my wall I was(am) such a fanboy. Until I moved out and my mom threw it away...

Karen Page, who previously left the law firm of Nelson and Murdock. Karen—now living in Mexico after a nascent acting career leads to her becoming a heroin addict filming porn flicks to pay for her drugs

“unlike Karen, who still doesn’t understand that the costumed hero isn’t any less Matt Murdock than the lawyer”
