True bit an outright buyout while the company is down could mean a huge return if they can turn it around. It could be a huge liability if they can’t though.

I said I can see where it makes sense. Never said they’d make a profit. It has potential to be a good move, if done properly it could be a really smart play, but if mishandled then yes it could sink the ship.
