Canada: they build a country and no one came :)

it’s not like they run the pipe dry and have to wait 2 weeks for it to fill up again... There was fuel in the pipe all along, just not being pumped.

Agreed. all these hours and money spent for Zimmer to just pretty much whip up the .mp3 that was used for Tron

I would have absolutely no problem if the chips in the modern cars were scaled down. I just need two; one, for BT ratio, the other for fuel injection and that’s it. Everything else can really go back to being mechanical.

why, he’s reading your notes that you took while doing recce.

yeah, it does look like it was a “first to the donut shop” race from different directions as it appears that the car on the left tboned the car on the right. Would make sense if they were coming down perpendicular streets and “met” at an intersection

I had a MY2000 in manual. It wasn’t a terrible car but suspension bits were getting a little too much play after about 40k miles with rattling sway bars and tie rod ends. Stock rotors were crap too and warped within 20k miles. Otherwise it was pretty nice econobox with keyless entry, moonroof, power windows. The

A Fiat 125p. A european shoebox that barely fit 2 people and had an asthmatic 2cylinder engine with a whopping 24HP!!! Yes, you read that right, twenty four ponies of awesomeness :)

you don’t have to run through Panama Canal if you don’t want to. Panama has 2 sides and ports on both so you could run for example Panama city terminal to Asia only as a route.

being in a marine shipping industry for a while I wouldn’t be surprised if the ship owners declared a General Average rule at some point to cover the costs of the settlement. If GA is enforced, effectively every container on the ship will get assessed a part of that fee whether you like it or not. The only way you

lol, yes you’re right but that wouldn’t be mundane anymore and he’d be moving into the forbidden “excitement” territory so being a Brit it was a no-no.

car was bone stock never tuned. Also, warranty on 2020 models is 4 years or 60k miles. you’re talking about the extended one that they only offered for 2-3 model years and it ended with 2019 model year.

I’ve had this coded via VCDs and long press of the button was turning everything off where the car would not intervene as much as stock but still the brakes would be very hot after a session in the parking lot without using anything except the handbrake.

their offers are OK but you can do better. I sold my MK7 2015 model with 105k miles on it to a local dealer that contacted me from a FB posting that I had. They bought the car within 5 minutes from seeing it and offered $3000 more over Carvana and other similar services.

can’t fully turn off stability control. I had this re-coded and even with everything turned off the car still applies brakes to stabilize fun in the snow.

I’m on my 2nd MK7/7.5. First one was a breeze until 90k miles when the fuel pressure regulator went. The carbon buildup was pretty horrific as well even when running premium fuel all of the time. The car also has had a slight misfire that wasn’t very terrible and dealer didn’t want to even look at it but at 105k miles

1st Gear: I also see Tesla as another car company. Yes they are generating some excitement but their products are so far pretty bland for a lot of car enthusiasts and come with some serious quality issues that had this been any other car company’s product, we would crucify them for.

Is this the Navistar made clunker that was put into these Fords?

JIT doesn’t work if you have to ship it from Asia. It has no way of working but for some reason a lot of american manufacturers refuse to acknowledge it. I can tell you countless stories about vehicles being assembled and parked in “red tag” outside of the factory waiting on some small stupid widget that is

I think Uber and Lyft may be facing a big decline in the number of rides. There will be certain types of rides that will start going away from them, airport rides for example. I recently took 2 trips and got burned by the steep prices. On one of them I returned to ORD around 10pm just to find both uber and lyft unable
