yeah, and as soon as viable option of it starts approaching $30k people will be like “i’m not buying a tiny Toyota for $30k”. looks like we’re done here...

that’s not red, it’s maroon and that color should be exclusively reserved for people above 60yo. And it should come with beige interior only... So, NO, don’t get the red one, please...

this is a nice car for teenagers and all unfortunately it has one problem: for $25k you can get much better looking interior in a GTI and you’ll also have a bigger engine with a bit more power and a hell of a lot more torque, and less plastic panels on the bodywork ;)

it is stupid because it creates downforce in the back on a FWD car. And it looks stupid too.

it’s not in any way worse than United Basic Economy. I flew Frontier for the first time last year from ORD to PHX and it was not bad at all.

I truly don’t understand the point with BRZ/FR-S etc. They should have put the WRX engine in it. If people want the sedan for practicality, kids, whatever, then WRX is there for them. The enthusiasts that want the driving machine and don’t need practicality would go for the boosted BRZ/FRS. Why was it so hard for them

subaru engine and “responds to mods very well” should not be used in the same sentence :)

how I love first world problems...

how do you get 550 miles for $50 with United? Aren’t their cards capped off at like 3x the points per $1?

here is a star for the Flex. I liked that car too and can’t believe people would pick any SUV over that.

nope, let’s do Stinger.

completely agree. I don’t know why people give out this advice about renting being better. It’s really not but I’m glad this bad info gets passed around. Helps me find renters for my 3 rental properties and have other people paying my mortgages off :)

that’s a same story for most of the manufacturing companies in USA. They’re in business of making cash and the stuff that they produce is only a byproduct of the money making operation.

A man who could figure out how to get a 53-foot semi-trailer across town using only a plasma torch, some scrap metal, and a Chevy Silverado.”

one thing that I find beneficial is to pull the e-brake after you’ve started already making the turn. The car rotates much better compared to pulling the e-brake and then trying to turn.

the first interior is amazing until you notice the fugly badge in the middle of the steering wheel :(

agreed, but in current setup it’s too easy to turn the auto lights off. There should be no switch but rather the Auto should be on all the time and the only way to turn this off would be to go through one of the setup menus so that it’s not as intuitive and harder to do. Sort of like most cars treat the auto engine

$60k for every 1M cars. That’s not that big of a cost, or actually profit erosion. It’s a rounding error in a grand scheme of things or alternatively the manufacturer should eliminate one annual trip for one of their executives and it would get covered ;)

the problem is that DRL mode doesn’t turn the tail lights on.

yeah, helps you fall asleep more easily during that long dark drive... lol
