@Alex_Mexico: yeah that's what I read in the article too, but I think the text on [www.xbox.com] means you get one XBLA title free and the other you'll have early access too but will still need to buy...

Completely random comment ahead: why is there a trap door but no front door in the logo's house?

@Eltigro: on vids like these, where they set a real month and day for you, I only change the year to 1980. If the fields are set to "month" "day" and "year" I randomly select something with the year at 1980 so at least that's true :)

@Silenced: I'm with you on this, even though I only have a 360. If it can't keep up, let it fall behind and get eaten.

The story is good enough to keep the game going, the graphics are good enough considering everything can be broken (and stays broken!), sound is decent until characters start talking ("Ehh Ewan, how'd you like to make a quick buck?" or that annoying itch in the PMC always with the same stupid line), vehicles break far

So what it comes down to is that there are gamers. Some play more than others, some read more gaming news than others, and some play all types of games while others only stick to a few genres, and giving them labels is difficult due to the diversity? Wow.

When I hear looting, I can't help but think 'collecting useless crap for nothing', like flags in Assassin's Creed, coins (I think) in Tomb Raider: Legend or pidgeons in GTA4.

I've had occasions with missing or faulty products, like a couple years ago when I used a lot of instant coffee and one of the little bags was empty. After emailing the manufacturer I got told to send that bag and received a complimentary box with an assortment of their products in return.

I just hope they'll do the subtitles correctly, with proper timing (unlike Bioshock) and the font chosen so it won't obstruct anything important and still be legible on all TV types.

@Teamwork Takedown: maybe that's because they know the game isn't nearly as good as that commercial? If it wasn't for the lack of other games to play I'd have traded this game in the day after I got it.

"Okay Mr. Facehugger, we're running out of time for our teaser, so if you could come out of your egg a little faster this time....?"

Bet those extra 'scenarios' will be free on Steam, but after Valve's recent comment that Microsoft is forcing them to charge for the updates for TF2 that were free on Steam, I doubt Xbox 360 players will see any free additions. So I won't get excited about that bit yet.

@kilikafinal: It's on the wrong way :) Wonder why it's not out if they finished the game and are giving it away to folks. Oh yeah, it's 'cause "nobody buys games outside the holiday season" :s

I'm just glad they're not going to wait until christmas and let everyone, including new folks try and get it all at the same time.

They wouldn't need to have multiple boxes with the various "versions" of games in stores. They could have an unlock code for the different parts of the game which you buy through PSN or Xbox Live.

Suda51, it's not just a game. I've been active on a site called IMVU in the past. Basically it's a 3D chat program where anyone can make clothes, furniture, whatever for others to buy. You purchase 'credits' using real money to make your avatar and rooms look "cool", then the person who made the stuff gets credits.
