"SJW." Seriously?

And again, you're arguing with the wrong person here. As I said, I know of several good black female characters. I don't -agree- with the post I replied to, I just understand where it's coming from.

If you're responding to me...I didn't say I have a problem with the game. Just that I get why people are tired of only seeing black woman in "service" roles in media. As I said, I don't expect this game is going to conform to that stereotype, though.

I think the point is that when a rare black female character is made lead in a video game, she's still a "humble" underclass sort...as if "real" heroic roles are still reserved for the usual white male stereotypes.

While I see the reason for offense, I'm going to hold off on judging this one. By the sound of the review, it sounds entirely possible like the lead character is in that role precisely because it's where she's expected to be. A difference of a game set in a racist, misogynistic environment, vs a racist, misogynistic

Still the sexiest aircraft ever built.

Agreed! It never feels like it's worth investing in building on a world in Starbound, since you're just going to move on from it as soon as you can, anyway. I enjoyed Terraria far more.

There was just (FINALLY) a huge update for Starbound. They are, amazingly enough, actually making progress. Slowly.

Uh...what? Why not boycott the companies that make the phones the swatter is calling on, and the cars the cops are using to get to the house, too? O.o That just makes no sense at all. The streaming services can't possibly do anything to stop this. Nothing is being leaked through them.

About what I was expecting, really. There was just too much character development in Arpeggio of Blue Steel to fit into a movie well. I kinda felt like even the anime could have benefited from being longer than just twelve episodes. I pity the writers that had to even try to squeeze it into an hour or two.

That video is perfect, the game looks amazing, and I MUST HAVE THIS NOW.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's referencing a soon-to-be-revealed, overly-theatrical, not-any-less-nonsensical superbowl commercial.

Holy crap, DeBlasio's getting a lot of hate for this. This isn't about attacking people for having fun, it's about keeping people out of danger. There are plenty of good nights to go hoon...this isn't going to be one of them. You all do realize how bad this storm is supposed to (possibly) get, right? If you

Not looking to compete on products, but they're saying they need to compete for people with the right skills. They want to get their share of the tech talent working for them.

I couldn't believe this wasn't on the list. Kept scrolling down, waiting to see it, thinking "well, no, of course not...naturally it's higher on the list than this." Got to #1 without seeing it and was just shocked. Some of these other bridges are just minor nuisances; the Tappan Zee is routinely listed as the most

So torn on this one. Love all things Miku, but I've never been able to stand the Nendoroid thing. I can't see it as cute, just awkward and slightly creepy.

Don't know about GTA but for most high end games now, you need more than one GPU; SLI 970s seems to be the popular choice for new PCs, if you want 4k.

PC version is likely to have higher resolution textures, which would take up quite a bit of that extra space depending on just how high res they are.

Yep. Winner here.

Oh, I know. I had to give up my '91 nearly a decade ago now, despite my attempts to take care of it; in any area that salts their roads, the bodywork and frames just didn't last. Finding one in remotely acceptable shape now is like almost impossible. I only saw a handful of first-gen S10s in decent condition last
