"More on this tomorrow."

I agree to a point, the combat was mediocre, but the story, acting, and atmosphere just made it impossible to put down. I can't wait for the sequel. Imagine if it manages all of the first game's high points, and better combat too?

They've said straight out that they're not done with Alan Wake yet. Which makes me very, very happy. This does look nearly as promising, though!

I see this from time to time too, and I just wonder what the fuck is wrong with these people...do they not realize that if they get in an accident with a 3 ton truck, they're going to lose, no matter whose fault it is?

She's not just a random Valve ex-employee, either, she's responsible for Portal.

This looks awesome; good off-road racing games are so hard to come by. The last really good one I played was UAZ2, and it's been several years now. Unfortunately I just donated all I could afford for the month to the Kickstarter for Theme Park Studio. Kickstarter is proving to be a problem in that regard...

It's worth a try, anyway, since it won't cost you anything unless you decide you want premium planes (almost all of which, right now, are also available for free if you grind your way to them in the right factions).

Pretty solid WWII flight sim. It's still a work in progress, and it shows at times; it's got some bugs, a few annoying exploits, and some planes with very broken flight models, but it's getting better with every patch. Once it's finished, it's not going to be just aircraft either; ground and naval forces will be

Wow. Even their tractors are beautiful.

You want to road rage while you're driving, that's your issue. You do NOT do it while you're a passenger in my car. Do not flip off other drivers. Do not stick your head out the window and scream. Do not gesture, or threaten, or troll. Do not try to goad other drivers into a response, or "make them back off." I

Don't complain about my car. I don't care if you're irrationally scared of sports cars even when they're going the same speed as the econobox in the next lane. I'm sorry you don't like the firm ride. I'm well aware that there's not a lot of headroom in the back. I understand that you aren't used to a car that

Wing Commander Privateer had some pre-rendered landing scenes that I still remember every detail of.

I love that man more every time he makes the news. We need more wealthy people to act like him.

Guess I'm gonna have to order a Pi! Really, this sound like the perfect toy to bring with me when I'm travelling; always have something that'll hook up to any cheap hotel TV, to have access to all the greatest retro games, and without taking up any real packing space at all.

A case for this one really needs to be made out of an old NES controller, though.

That's amazing. He really is awesome.

Yeah, I'm with you. I don't want to fund this company...but I have to fund this game...

I will feel horribly dirty if I give money to Dyack for this game. He's a terrible person to give money to, and the game's not even likely to ever come out...But, if there's any chance at all of it actually happening, I'm sure I'll do it anyway. I've been waiting too long.

Well, this is one of those sad "fuck humanity" moments...

Thank you for this, so well said.
